One-on-One Yoga for Back Care Session

A personal approach to reset your mind, body and spirit to reach your desired goals.

You will be supported by utilizing several techniques to release energy that may be stuck due to illness, stress, accident or everyday high-stress living.

During your one-on-one sessions, you will move through a combination of meditation, breathing, and/or movement exercises (yoga, tai chi, Pilates, and body alignment - techniques based on bio-mechanical principles).

The benefits of this program are:

  • More mobility, flexibility and strength whether you’re recovering from an injury or dealing with a painful medical condition

Step Into Summer: A Yoga Workshop for Barefoot Bliss

Say goodbye to stiff shoes and hello to sunshine, sandals, and barefoot freedom! This fun and feel-good yoga workshop is all about getting your feet, legs, and hips ready to strut, stroll, and sashay into summer.

We’ll wiggle our toes, stretch out the winter tightness, and wake up those walking muscles using playful movement and a few handy tools. With the help of a tennis ball, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and a lightweight towel, we’ll give extra love to your feet and ankles—releasing tension, building strength, and creating space where you didn’t even know you needed it.

In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Stretch and strengthen your feet (they’ve been cooped up too long!)
  • Open up tight ankles and calves for smoother walking and standing
  • Use simple tools to massage, mobilize, and energize your lower body
  • Improve balance and body awareness with fun, barefoot-friendly moves
  • Laugh a little, move a lot, and leave feeling light, open, and energized from the ground up

Workshop length is 1.5 hours

Payment is a minimum donation of $29

Bring a yoga mat, chair, beach towel or yoga blanket, blocks, resistance band or yoga strap, tennis ball and lightweight small hand towel.
