Say goodbye to stiff shoes and hello to sunshine, sandals, and barefoot freedom! This fun and feel-good yoga workshop is all about getting your feet, legs, and hips ready to strut, stroll, and sashay into summer.
We’ll wiggle our toes, stretch out the winter tightness, and wake up those walking muscles using playful movement and a few handy tools. With the help of a tennis ball, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and a lightweight towel, we’ll give extra love to your feet and ankles—releasing tension, building strength, and creating space where you didn’t even know you needed it.

Bring a yoga mat, chair, beach towel or yoga blanket, blocks, resistance band or yoga strap, tennis ball and lightweight small hand towel.
